| PREPARATION |
- 1 packet of 35g Mo Sang Kor Herbs and Spices Mixed
- 1kg meat cut into preferred size
- 2000ml water
- 3 pieces black garlic, 3 pieces mushroom
- 3 teaspoons thick soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon M.S.G
- 1 teaspoon salt (must put in together to cook for 1 hour)

| COOKING METHOD |
- In a large pot, pour 2000ml water to boil.
- Add in all prepared ingredients into large pot.
- Use medium heat to boil for 1 hour and serve hot.

In 2006, the company began to produce a range of Tradisional Herbal Broth herbs and spices under the brand name "MoSangKor" for the preparation of a variety of convenient, easy to cook and yet preserving the original and authentic Tradisional Herbal Broth taste. In addition to Tradisional Herbal Broth spices, we also produce variety of Malaysia Chinese flavored cuisine herbs and spices.
